Product Description
rack link, are designed and manufactured using computerized system. Track links are produced through special heat treatment, accurate machining, systematic control and perfect inspection. They are made of deep hardened steel. And they have the following outstanding features:
(1) Good fatigue-resistance under the most severe operating condition.
(2) Uniform crown hardness pattern for wear-resistance.
(3) Oversized rails and massive struts in high-stressed are as for load distribution.
Raw material:
Our carbon steel and stainless steel are supplied by the big companies all over China,
such as Shanghai BaoSteel,Hangzhou Iron&steel. etc.
Product Features
The tracked system or tracks on an excavator serve several important purposes:
Traction - The tracks provide significant traction which allows excavators to climb slopes and operate on soft, uneven or slippery ground where wheeled vehicles may struggle. The tracks distribute the heavy weight of the machine over a large area.
Stability - Having a long, wide base supported by tracks makes excavators very stable even when working on the edge of a trench or lifting heavy loads. This stability is important for safety and precision when working.
Mobility - Though tracks are slower than wheels, they enable excavators to readily move through muddly or challenging job sites. The tracks can cross over obstacles that wheels may not handle and leave a lighter surface impact.
Ground pressure - With the machine's weight spread over the large surface area of the tracks, ground pressure is relatively low which reduces sinking or rutting of soft ground under the machine. This protects the work site.
Flotation - The tracks provide enough flotation that some excavators can even operate partially in water, helping to dig out flooded construction areas.
Lifting capability - By providing excellent stability, the tracks allow excavators to safely lift heavier loads higher than would be possible with just wheels.
